Thank you for shopping at OAKD (operated by AESOP RETAIL PTY LTD). We specialize in delivering high-quality minimalist oak wood products directly to your doorstep. This Shipping Policy governs all orders placed on our website, www.oakd.shop, primarily serving our customers in Singapore.
1. Shipping Rates and Currency
- Free Standard Shipping: We provide 100% Free Standard Shipping for all orders shipped to Singapore. There are no minimum purchase requirements, hidden fees, or handling charges.
- Currency: All transactions and financial references on our storefront are processed in United States Dollars (USD).
2. Order Processing and Transit Timeline
Our commitment to logistics transparency ensures that your delivery windows are clearly defined. Total delivery time consists of Order Processing Time plus Transit Time:
- Order Processing Time: 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday). This includes order verification, product quality checks, and secure packaging. Orders placed during weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the following business day.
- Transit Time (Shipping Time): 7 to 13 business days (Monday to Friday) for standard delivery to Singapore addresses.
- Total Estimated Delivery Time: 8 to 16 business days from the moment your order payment is successfully cleared.
- Order Cut-Off Time: 5:00 PM (SGT - Singapore Time), Monday to Friday. Orders received after this time will enter the processing queue on the next consecutive business day.
3. Shipment Tracking and Transparency
Within 24 hours of your package being dispatched from our logistics center, a tracking confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address (info@oakd.shop). This email will contain a unique carrier tracking number and a link to trace the package in real-time.
4. Delivery Address Modifications & Redirection
Please double-check your shipping information at checkout. For security purposes and to prevent fraudulent routing, we can only modify a shipping address within 2 hours of order placement. Once a package is handed over to our postal partners, we cannot redirect or change the delivery address. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, the order will be held until the correct details are verified.
5. Missing or Damaged Shipments
If your package does not arrive within 20 business days from dispatch, or arrives with visible structural damage to the wood items, please contact our support team immediately at info@oakd.shop or via phone at +61 480 802 240. We will open an investigation with the carrier and resolve the issue within 3 business days by dispatching a replacement or issuing a full refund.
